Corvette servo

Hey- I have read so much about the Corvette servos on here and I'd like a little more info to be sure I should get one. Have an 85 IROC some small upgrades on TPI 305, stock rear, and 700/r4 trans with B&M "shift improver kit". I thought about going with a Corvette servo, but I read something about not doing it if you have the shift kit? Any ideas or suggestions? I'm just slowly beefing up my ride- nothing too much- trying not to hurt it. Now I have K&N air filters, throttle body spacer, airfoil, the shift kit, aluminum driveshaft, flowmaster and a wonderbar on the way. Anyone think I should spring for this Corvette servo. Thanks in advance.
