2 different throwout bearings?

2 different throwout bearings?
so i was at advance auto trying to get a new throwout bearing for my TA, and they asked if it had the angular contact or not. apparently they list two different bearing, one listed "angular contact". has anyone ever heard of this? if so, how do i know which one to choose?
