Turbo 350 adapter kit

Does anybody have any experience with this kit and do you know if it eliminates needing to change the driveshaft,crossmember etc? http://www.transmissionpartsusa.com/...-00000735b.htm

with the kit in the above link, you shouldn't have to change either the driveshaft or the crossmember.
