What Fluid should i Use Please help
Please help me soon. I planned on getting the tranny back into the car this weekend and when i went down to buy fluid the guy behind the counter scared me now. I just had to take out a BRAND new tranny and have it fixed. burned up the clutches...all of them. So he tells me that if i buy the wrong fluid i can burn up the clutches. now im scared that maybe that was the problem all along. I have a Hughes Performance Street and Strip 700R4/ 4l60 I know what a stock 700should use but would it be the same on a Hughes? please help ASAP

Dexron. If you havent filled a dry trans. before becareful. Put 5qts in start it up then put in the rest untill full.

has any one ran B&M's trick shift in a 700r4. It worked well in my old turbo hydros 350 & 400s.
