upshift valve

has anyone installed the modified upshift valve in the 700 R-4's? I ordered the kit through my GM dealer, it has the valve, a spring, trans pan gasket, and valve body gaskets in the pack. Looks complicated!

I work at a trans shop and it is a little difficult to do if you have never worked on a trans before. Cheapest way to do it is to let someone qualified to do it.
