i need instructions for installing a clutch
Haynes and Chiltons manuals are good places to start. Just make sure not to get any grease on the flywheel or clutch.

Step one...remove old clutch
Step two...install new clutch
I agree, the chiltons or haynes would probably be good enough to get ya through it.

Also, dont buy a clutch from a discount auto store (ie pep boys, autozone, western auto etc...) you gewt what you pay for and its not worth saving $25-$50 to hae to do the job twice. I replaced mine with an autozone clutch because they were the only place opened on sunday afternoon. in 6 months part of the disc broke off and wedged itself in th e PP so it wouldnt disengage. THey gave me a new one...6 months later same thing. I had to drive from boston to connecticut in a snow storm in a camaro with no clutch! Anyways, i bought one from NAPA which has worked perfectly for over a year.
Its an easy job, just make sure the car is high enough in the air to remove the tranny.

I agree with the last guy. I bought one from Autozone and it went out again three months later. Of course I was likeing to power stall in a standered all of the time to. Go to NAPA and buy a complete kit. Pressure plate, clutch, and clutch alignment tool. That will cost $181. Also get your flywheel turned at a machine shop. that will cost between $25 and $40 bucks. Depending on who you know. The easiest way is to remember how you took it apart. It goes back together pretty easy.
