Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.45 9 Bolt
Speedo gears
I have an 88 GTA with an auto and 3.27 rear, 245/50-16 tires. I sold the auto to the kid behind my house. He said the speedo gear was orange but he wasnt sure. Is that correct? It is the electronic sending unit so there is no drive gear to replace, just the driven. I need to know soon.

yeah that helps me NOT AT ALL! If I dont know what my drive gear how can I do squat with those equation? I need to know the COLOR of the driven gear.

Engine: The Mighty 305!
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Even though is has an elec. speedo, there is still a drive and driven gear.
My book shows that 3.27 will have
Drive-17 tooth red
Driven-45 tooth lt. blue
