Here's my problem, turns out I didn't correctly orient my flxplate onto the crankshaft for this 400 I put in and now I need to get the trans pushed back from the motor enough to get to the bolts for the flexplate, has anyone attempted this without taking the trans out and trying to get some room to unbolt the flexplate? I have the bellhousing unbolted from the motor most miscellaneous stuff removed, I just want to avoid pulling the trans or motor back out to fix. Any advice from people who have tried this would be appreciated.
