I'm looking to buy a clutch very soon. As for now, i'm leaning towards the centerforce gold because its only $170 at Jegs and its got 30% more holding power than stock. I don't know what else is out there in this price range.

Mods:Hooker Aerochamber 3" exhaust, gutted kitty,
March 2 piece underdrive pullies, smog pump gone,;these two made a very noticable difference.
14x4 K&N open air element filter-the best mod so far
Eibach springs with KYB's all around.
Appearance: Harwood cowl hood, Z-28 wing, painted black(7/20/00)-original color was light blue
*All these mods were made this year
Stock Options:117,000 miles on motor, 5spd, TBI, 305, T-tops
Run a best of 16.7 @85mph with traction problem. Have to try again sometime.

Cant say I have a favorite but Ive been reading so many bad things about Centerforce lately that I bought a McLeod clutch. This is fora T56 Im putting in though, not a T5. I havent heard any bad stories about their T5 clutch though.

Everyone I have talked to likes the centerforce dual friction. I just put one in my car and the pedal effort is actually a little lighter than stock. I will tell you more about holding once I get the slicks on it. My buddy has an IROC that runs high 12's, and he has had the centerforce DF for about 3 yrs with no probelms. it holds so good he has broke a couple of axles.

I vote for McLeod, and so does my dad.
