Automatic to Manual Conversion Peeps

Car: 1991 Camaro RS
Engine: 357cid
Transmission: T5 Swap
Axle/Gears: 10bolt 7.5" 3.23 soon to be 3.73
Automatic to Manual Conversion Peeps
I've already done the conversion and have like 2000 miles on the car since then.
One problem tho. The clutch master was put in the exact same spot on the fire wall as it was in the 5spd original car but it seems ( well is ) crooked to one side a bit.
The pushrod is slightly bent and i know eventually it'll cause issues.
As well the clip for the brake pushrod hits the clutch rod when i depress the brakes without pushing the clutch.
how can i remedy this seeing the the set up is already been drilled and installed?
maybe shimming the clutch master?

I just pulled my 5spd setup and sold it today. I noticed that my master was a little crooked to, and the car had 130,000miles on it without problems. If anything use some washers to shim it.
