what kind of tranny?
Ok sorry for asking but i just got done with my 1 year of no driving from tickets and dont know much about the eninge. So i bought it and the guy before me but a 350 carb crate in it and im pretty sure its a stock tranny. The VIN on the car says it came with a 305. So can any1 help me out?

I think you are talking about an automatic? Maybe? You should have a 700R4 transmission, unless it is an 82 or 83 car then maybe a TH200C.
