recently i noticed that everytime i stomp on the gas, my rear fishtails, even on dry pavement, and i was wondering if there might be a problem with my rear getting equal power to both wheels.....

It could be. What are the cicumstances, how much tread on the tire, is the car straight or turning (I peel often turning, even with very little gas given) But in my experience, very minimal, it happens to a lot of rear wheel cars. I HOPE this helps.

i was goin straight, the rear tires are not horrible, but will be replaced before the end of the summer.....

Where is Budd Lake??? Is it cold there? I just drove my car and even at half throttle it'll fishtail (it's about 29 degs out right now). Pavement was dry as a bone. Even sticky tires aren't when it's cold out.
