Gear oil and friction modifier for ZT posi

I recently installed a Zexel-Torsen posi in my 89 Camaro and we filled it with Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil and 1 bottle of GM limited slip additive. Was this correct????

Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73

The torsen posi's dont need the GM limited slip additive, because they dont use clutches. But it doesnt hurt.
