ok sounds of metal wapping...

ok not 100% sure if its tranny or not issuess it but it never did it before the tranny rebuild.... but i have zero noise wiledrivig and getting on it.... but if i take it up past 5800 rpm and when i shift to second...about 5500 rpm in second i get noise like metal whiping aginst something,,,intermediet few times then shift..and its gone does it only in second....and only when i am really getting on it.... when it does the noise there is no slipping no loss of power nothing jsut a really loud noise right under my truck.... kinda high pitched and crackleing but metal sounding.... plus if i let off the gas for a second it stops hit the gas it comes back.......not sure what it is..never does it in first no matter how hard i take it to...one time i ehard it the top of 3rd....but only a second.... any idea...its a 700r4 built with a yank 300 stall...

Have you put the car up and carefully looked around for anything that appears to be making contact?

Also maybe a broken transmission mount?
