need help on conversion from auto to manual tranny

I have a 92' camaro whcih had the 3.1 auto with 3:23 gears now next month i plan on putting my worked 305 into the camaro with an 85 z28 T-5 tranny w/ bellhousing I bought a hydralic resavoir from a 92 camaro RS with a 3.1 and slave cylinder from an 88' camaro will these parts work with my worked 88 305 motor. And lastly do i need to change the driveshaft and crossmember on the car. is so can u state which type i need tjha

the parts you bought will work fine. And you can use your stock driveshaft. The only difference will be the torque arm mount. I believe there is a tech article that illustrates the differences.
I did this swap, and used parts from a V6 donor car, other than the tranny, bell housing and clutch.

I don't think that the bellhousing for a V6 will mount up to a V8. I could be wrong though. There was another thread that said that.

I that what you meant by 3.1? I didn't know that the RS came with anything other than a 305,(5.0).

You are right, the V6 bell housing will not bolt up to a V8, but according to the orginal question, he bought a T5 and bell housing from a 1985 Z28, or at least that's what it looks like to me.
the 2.8/3.1 V6 came standard in the RS from 89-92, the 5.0 was the optional engine.

sorry i bout the t-5 from a 85' z28 which included bellhousing and fork. sorry to include i have all necessary parts such as a torque arm from donnar car as well. JUst one more question I thought 85 z28 came with throttle bodie injection and tuned port injection now if my memory serves me correct i thought only throttle bodie injections came with t-5's and tuned ports used auto's so lets say the t-5 i bought was from a throttle bodie injection will the bellhousing fit the 88 tpi.

The 1985 IROC-Z models that had the 305 TPI engine could only get the 4 speed automatic transmission, the manual transmission could only be had with the 190 H.O. carburated engine.
