Can I swap a 90 firebird formula rear end to a 90 camaro rs ?

Welcome to TGO. The swap is straightforward, especially if you're swapping drum to drum or disc to disc. If drum to disc, you should swap in the proportioning valve. You'll need new parking brake cables as well. As Saber suggested, a search will provide a wealth of info.
