t-5 shifting problems

ok heres the story...
my t-5 will not go into 1st or 2nd, it just grinds, sometimes it will go into one of the gears, but not the other, like if it goes into 1st it wont go into 2nd, and vice versa. now it will not go into either of these gears, anyone with similiar problems? any ideas, thanks..

sometimes the clutch fork sux on those cars and causes hard shifting problems....most likely needs a new set of synchros

Mike's answer is what I would say. It could also be the "dogs" that hold the synchros or the sliders in place.
