SLP has that aluminumone available, but do i need it? is it more for support? or just cooling? what is the deal?

i was thinking of just getting the one that they have that is like an OEM one but has teh drain plug. would this be ok? im not running anything crazy back there.

it keeps the rear end from flexing under loads, and that cause broke parts. it's worth it if you launch your car hard, it also increases the lube capacity and helps cooling. i think i read it increases strength by 40%.

Get one that has the bearing cap preload supports. It will have small bolts and jam nuts on the back. These keep the carrier from trying to push the bearing caps out the back of the diff.

Anyone have any idea who makes a differential cover for the 9-bolt rears? I'd like to get something nicer than the stock one. Thanks for any help!
