T-5 WC speed sensor - leak

Hello all,

I have a 1991 with the T-5 and it is leaking at the speed sensor. The O-ring is nice and fresh but it looks like the leak is from inside and is seeping out where the speed sensor shaft is (there is some play side to side). Has anyone else had the speed sensor wear out? car has 120k miles. Oh yeah, question was it looks like the speed sensor is higher than the fill plug on the other side so there is no reason it should leak right, it should be above the fluid level? I also can't locate a new sensor.

Had a similar issue when I had a shop install mine to get out of a ticket. Even though it's higher then the fill plug ATF still gets distributed through out the case to lubricate everything. All the guy did in my case to solve the issue is install a new bullet with a little RTV and 2 years later still no problems.
