Can someone help me with my rearend problem?

Over the last week or so ive had this clunking/knocking noise that I hear from the rear end area. Its only for a second or two and usually its very random. It only happens at low speeds, say 10mph and below riding through a parking lot.

After I got home tonight it did it pulling into the yard so I got out and started rocking the car back and forth. I grabbed the spokes on my rims and started rocking the car when I finally got it to make the noise, its noticeable on the passenger side alot more then the driver side. I just can't tell if its the brakes or the rear itself. Its like a grinding type of sound, but when the car is rolling its more of a knocking/grinding noise.

The rear doesn't wine or leak any oil.

Ive got Tuesday off from work and would like the get the car jacked up and check it out.

Anybody got any ideas of something I could check out? Im going to change the oil/fluid in it hopefully.
