Auto to Manual Swap and Computers

Auto to Manual Swap and Computers
I am going to swap my automatic for a T5 in my 92 Z-28 with a 305. Does anyone know if I need to worry about doing anything with the computer. I understand it controls automatic shift points and I know it controls the engine. Does it need to be changed to know there is a manual instead of an automatic in the car?
