Any Experience with the B&M shift improver kit??

HI all, I just bought a B&M shift imporver kit for $30 and was wondering how firm the shifts will be on each different setting. I was told that this one is not quite as violent as that transpak and makes it easier to drive than the transpak. please give me all opinions except for ones telling me to go to transgo because I can't afford one right now.

thanks

I used one in my TH350 and i went with the Street/Strip setting. Love it. General driving is a little more firm than normal, but not annoying. When you get on it, it nails second ("barks" tires), and third is very firm.
