grinding noise someone help plz!

grinding noise someone help plz!

i've tryed everything that i can think of and its still there. i get agrinding noise at about 1500 rpm when i push throttle about 1/4" to 1/2". i've changed fluid tightened every bolt checked u-joints there was no metal shavings in bottom of transmission when i changed filter i adjusted tv cable i checked front and rear wheel bearings its not that what can it be im goin crazy here its a 89 rs 305 tbi 700r4

Axle/Gears: 4.10 GM 7.5 10-bolt
Just something to check, but is your exhaust contacting the car body at all? Sometimes the exhaust will go into resonance and vibrate against the body making a grinding noise. Good luck.

thanks but i checked today and theres no scratch marks underneath car around the exhaust

i found the problem i had a loose torque converter bolt
