T-5 v-8 vs v-6 gear ratios input spline count
can anyone tell me if these transmissions are the same if not what are there differences. i have a 84 z-28 383 stroker and need a t-5 trans that will bolt in without any modifications please help

Keep searching for a better transmission. A T5 will not live long behind your 383 engine.
Some people have successfully used a V6 T5 behind their V8 engine, though. You can
