changed 3.23 to 3.73 what speedo gears do I need?

Axle/Gears: 3.42
changed 3.23 to 3.73 what speedo gears do I need?
I've seen this asked before but couldnot find does anybody know?Thanks!

BTW is there an adaptor box by GM instead of changing gears?

Your 86 IROC has a cable driven speedo, I dont know of any conversion box for cables.
A 700R4 with 3.73 gears takes a 15 tooth drive gear and a 45 tooth driven gear.
