Need clarification on replacement Flexplate.

Does anyone know how many teeth are on the stock flexplate for an 1988 GTA L98 700R4. I called summit racing and they said its B&M model number BMM-20238 153 tooth ring. Is this the correct flexplate for my application? I went on B&M web site and they have two different models. One is 153 tooth, and the other is 168 tooth. Which one do I need? I would like to get the order right the first time.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chuck

153 tooth we use the smaller of the two. also make sure you get the one made for the one piece rear main. the hole size is defferant
