Is this normal?

Hey guys heres another 700R4 question. When i shift into D or OD From park, neutral, or reverse it dosen't matter which, when it engages (foot still on brakes), it kinda "kicks" and does it pretty hard. Like the whole car rocks and lurches. It only does this once, and never does while its already in gear at a stop or something, just when you put it in drive. Is something not engaging right? Should i worry about this?
It shifts fine, it dosen't slip or anything, its just got 118K on it thats all. Any comments? Thanks in advance

Um, me too! Yeah, mine does the same thing. I checked the u-joints and the tranny mount, they're all good, but the engine mounts look kinda rough, hmmm...
The stock tranny was supposedly replaced 3 years ago with a rebuilt one. It's idling slightly high, but not that high!
If I figure it out, I'll let you know.
