clutch issues...AGAIN. please help

Ok, so I put in a new ram clutch kit, new summit racing pilot bearing, new master cyl and new slave cyl. Replaced master/slave twice, and still, no matter what i have to pump the clutch to get it to go in gear, then it goes in fine. I've bled it the old fashion way 4 times, and pressure bled it 3 times. No leaks and no air. clutch is fine because when i do pump it the clutch works excellent. Any ideas? I'm getting ready to throw something i haven't driven my car in 4 months...

Any help greatly appreciated.

if you have to pump it up, there is air in the line.

did you put the throw out bearing on right?

bottom pic is correct.

are you pumping up the pedal? of just have to press it a bunch of times before it will go into gear? is it possible the trans is shot?

Re: clutch issues...AGAIN. please help

Throwout bearing is in properly. I don't think the trans is shot it's only got like 200,000 miles on it. and its never given me any trouble. I guess there must still be air in the lines.... Any tips to get all air out?

Oh, and pumping the clutch makes the transmission go in gear no problem, but if i just push it once it will not go in gear. and half the pedal is soft.
