ok when i am giving my car 3/4 throttle it will chirp into 2nd gear which is good but after it shifts into 2nd the rpm's drop down a few hundred before going back up again. Whats causing this? Does anyone have an idea of what i am talking about? IT will do it when i am at WOT as well.

That doesn't sound like the tranny is causing it from what you described.
