TH 200 FROM 1976 will fit in ??

Transmission: TH700R4/Vigilante
Axle/Gears: D44/3.45
TH 200 FROM 1976 will fit in ??

Hi guys i have a 1976 TH200 and i was wondering which engines will it fit. i have an 82 firebird with a TH200c with the 2.8 but i want to know which engines my 1976 tranny will fit and if this tranny is stronger.

Engine: 355 (fastburn heads, LT4 HOT cam)
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9-bolt, 3.27
I didn't realize that they made the 200 back then! I believe that in 76 they didn't make any engines that would have the same bellhousing bolt pattern as your 2.8.
