OK, I finally got the transmission back together..

last night. (It's a 4L60E), what do I need to do or look out for when putting the fluid in. I'm pretty sure that the transmission and TC holds 11qts?

I bought a new converter, its a ST3500 from Yank, how much fluid do I need to put into this, as much as I can?

Any thoughts about this I would appreciate it.

Yea, it holds about 11 qts. and put what you can in the converter. they're slow to take fluid, but it will. don't go dumping all 11 qts. in at once, either. put about 10 in, including what you put in the converter, and then top it off as need be...
