How hard(if possible) will it be to make my Auto into a manual? what would I need beside money and experiance?

92 Camaro 305 TBI Automatic. Everything stock so far except a shift kit.

Future mods. Spark plug wires and plugs, tint, new 3inch pipes. Maybe putting 2 glass paks for effect. any other advise on getting to 300+ HP would be appreciated. Thanks

...a transmission...

But seriously, there is a good write-up in the Tech Articles section on this.

I just finished swapping from TH700-R4 to T-56 and don't recommend it as an entry-level project.

However...if you can get someone knowledgeable and technically familiar with manual trannies, and can get a "kit" of the parts needed as described in the write-up, it would be a worthwhile project in my opinion. The car's much more fun to drive now, gets better gas mileage, and should really haul some butt on the road-race course.
