WELL, O.K. THAT DOES SEEM LIKE ALOT! I HAVE A 200R4 TRANSMISSION WILL IT WORK IN MY 305 1984 CAMARO Z28 AND IF NOT SOMEONE MENTIONED ABOUT REBUILDING MY OLD ONE, WHAT CAUSES THE FLYWHEEL TO BE SHREDDED TO PIECES? WOULD THE TRANSMISSION BE WORTH REBUILDING?

You will have to stick with a 700 because of the torque arm, unless someone knows of an adapter.

You can get the Spohn 200-4R crossmember. It's listed as $100 for the crossmember only. They also offer upgrades for a driveshaft loop and the torque arm.
