3200 stall 10" converter too much for almost stock L98?

3200 stall 10" converter too much for almost stock L98?
I have a line on a Continental 10" 3200 stall 700R4 converter,never used for $400 o.b.o.
My combo is:
-Edelbrock manifold
-Fully ported plenum
-AS&M runners
-52mm T/B
-24lb injectors/AFPR
-SLP cat back, STOCK manifolds-soo to be headers
-Stock rear end&gear
-Rebuilt 700R4
Will this be too much? I will be adding a SLP cam and Edelbrock heads soon. This car is not a daily driver.
