WC T5 Camaro vs. Mustang

I know this probably has been beaten to death, but i'll ask anyways. Besides the input and output shafts being different between the world class t5 on the mustang and on the camaro, what else is different?? are the internals mostly the same??? Please let me know.

Internals mostly all the same. Most all the Mustang units were WC, beyond the very early years.
