Tranny swap help needed - Auto to T-5

I am getting ready to install the T-5 and have a crossmember question. I have two crossmembers, one out of the donor car and the original. Problem is I don't remember which one was which. One has a dip in the center to lower the mount and one is straight across. Which one should I be using on the 5 speed?? I think the straight one was from my auto but am not sure. Any help is appreciated.

The one in my 84 T-5 car is pretty straight. It is one straight bar all the way across with another shorter one bolted to the top of it on some rubber bushings or something

Thanks for the info. I'll use the straight one.
