Very hard 1-2 shift...

I rebuilded my tranny with new raybestos clutches, kevlar band and transgo reprogramming kit automatic version. The 2-3 shift is really fast and nice. The 3-4 shift is also really fast and nice. But the 1-2 shift is to hard ! "kick ***"-effect.
I followed the transgo instruction guide. I removed the 2-4 servo. I removed the snap ring and the thick spring on the stock 553 2nd piston and I adjusted the band clearence with the transgo shims. Then, I installed the transgo spring in the servo cover like they said.

Now my question. Do you mean, it´s better to work with a complete corvette servo without transgo shims and spring ? It´s just better to work with the stock corvette servo ???? Please help me...
