T5 or T56?

T5 or T56?
A 91 Z28 with a 700-R4 wants to go for a manual transmutation what do you recommend a T5 or T56?

Well, my '91 GTA T5 wanted to go to a T56 so while you're doing this save the money(T5 repairs) and get the T56. EASY bolt in! The .50 6th gear('94-up) will be awesome on gas also. A lot stronger I might say too. You could swap to a T5, but it will break and then you'll already have about $500 in that T5 + a rebuild when you could've had a T56 for about $1000-$1500 to start with. Thats just my thoughts though. Later and good luck! BTW- there's a reason that they put the T56 behind a LT1 and NOT a T5... they're to weak for LT1's and L98's.
