Even at 1/2 throttle off the line my GTA fries the tires. And if I leave it in drive at WOT it shifts at 4000rpm. Under normal driving it shifts at like 1500rpm through every gear. It'll get to 4th at like 40mph. And if I hold 1st to 3000rpm it'll chirp 2nd, even with little throttle. I do only have 225/50/16's, but I'm really wondering why the shifts are so early and hard. To my understanding, if the tv cable is racheted far towards the front of the vechicle the shifts would be early and soft. Could this be a govenor problem? Thanks guys.
