have auburn unit which did not have the pin it it. the old one doesnt fit right. GM only sells the whole carrier. year one's zytanium cross pin is on some "national back order" the guy tells me he has no idea when they'll have it, could be tommorow, could be perminently cancled.
what can i do? who else would have just the pin?

 

I would try to get in touch with auburn directly. Whatever "GM" told you isn't true. If you have the GM part number you can get anything seperate.

 

Yeah, the parts guy just didn't want to look it up. You can get is seperate, I have a "spare" in my toolbox.

how long ago did u guys get the pin. i'll go back and talk to some other people. in the meantime, does anyone have the part # they used to get just the pin?
