spool for 7.5"?
I am rebuilding my rear and would like to go with 31 spline axles and a full spool. unfortunately, i can't find a spool to fit the 7'5" rear. does anyone make one?

There is no full spool or 31 spline axles available for the 7.5 10 bolt diff.
You can easily buy aftermarket 28 spline axles that are much better than factory ones. As for locking the axles together you can get a 28 spline mini-spool but it's not recommended for street use. Dirt track oval racing only. It's just not strong enough to handle the stresses produced from tires scuffing across pavement.
If you think you're going to produce enough torque that you need 31 spline axles then you better invest in a 9" or a 12 bolt.
I currently only use 28 spline axles. When I upgrade to 4.56 gears in my 9" I'll only need 31 spline axles.

thanks for the info. i talked to moser and he told me pretty much the same thing. he suggested the 12 bolt, which i agree is a better choice, i just don't have the scratch to get it right now.

I have a 7.5 one legger with 410s that someone welded the spiders on, works good but skids, a cheap spool if you need one, and doesn't need to come out of the car to do it.If it breaks then spend your money
