problems with T5

Since I got my car I noticed that the fourth gear synchro was going out after driving it, it finally gave way. Everything was fine I just didn't use fourth gear anymore since all my driving was around town only needed 3rd gear.

After along drive up to washington about 208 miles one way for a reserve weekend, I had to take the car because it was the only thing that I could drive at the time because my wife took my xterra down to Salem for some family stuff.

The gears were so hard to shift just sitting there without it even running I had to use both hands just to move it back and forth in neutral. After a dreadful drive home and about 2quarts of 70w later I made it home havent drove it since. Today I went out to the car just to start it up and I moved through the gears and it shifted fine. I havent acutually drove it since. Is the bearings just shot in it or what?

And where can I find a rebuild kit for it? I have been looking for a WC T5 but I all I can find is blown up automatics around here.

Are you sure your recommended fluid is 70w?
