how big of a job is it to install the whole new unit. the guys at my local shop said there is no way i could change the gears myself but if i could find a complete axle then it would be rather simple to do in the driveway. also how bad is the conversion from drums to discs on the rear. my other bird came stock with discs but this new one has drums.
