Rear Questions

Just a couple things about rears I think you guys might be able to help out with:

- I have a 3.08 posi in my TA (posi still works). From what I understand, I can just buy new gears, NOT the whole rear end, right? of course i might wanna get some nicer PARTS for the rear when i get the gears put in also, but is my assumption CORRECT?

- Also from what i understand, rearend fluid doesn't need to get changed much, but I'm pretty sure mine's never been touched. What level does it need to be filled to when I check it on thursday?

Yes, you can get just gears.
Fluid level should be at the fill plug.
