...your 700R4 transmission cable bracket and where the TV cable attaches to your throttle lever? I'm wondering what the average distance is because I just went carb from TBI and used an Edelbrock bracket and my car doesn't shift properly - matter of fact it doesn't shift into OD at all.

I'm not sure this info will help me out a lot, but it will let me know if I'm even in the ballpark. If I do the adjustment routine it pulls the slider way, way out (towards the front of the car) and that is supposed to be bad for line pressure so I thought I'd check here first...
