O.K., how hard is it really to install a tranny?

I got a Pro-Built (700 R4)comin in the mail and need to know if I should attempt to install it myself. Or should I just pay a garage to do it for me. One of my co-workers said it is a pain in the a#%. And if I do pay a garage to do it, how much should it cost (or how many hours should I be paying for?) Any info appreciated.

Best 1/4 mile time: 13.8@ Speedworld Motorplex (used to be called Phoenix Raceway Park). I was so excited I forgot the mph.
