Which gear to use?
I have the 700R4 automatic transmission in my car.
Is it best for me to put the car in 3rd gear when driving in the city, and Overdrive when travelling at high speeds, or should I just keep the car in Overdrive all the time?

What I do is leave the shifter in the OD position unless you're driving slow and at the exact speed where it keeps shifting between third and fourth I'd put it in Drive. It really doesn't matter unless it bothers you that it shifts back and fourth between the D and OD.
