Removing 9bolt rotors.... What's the trick?

I can't seem to get 'em off, tho I've soaked them with Kroil, tapped, pried, beat with a soft faced hammer, looked for hidden bolts, done everything I know.
Looked for a puller, can't find one big enough.
I need to get 'em off so I can get the axles out, what am I missing?

Thanks!

Same as any other stuck on rotor... not just limited to 9 bolts.
If somebody took a few seconds a long time ago and put some anti-sleaze compound on the hub then they wouldn't stick... however, most don't and there's rust that forms and you get what you got.
Mine were stuck on the chicken when I got it and it needed 1 rotor real bad anyway... by the time I got done with the sledgehammer it needed both.
I bought a rear brake drum puller and that didn't do squat.
Your other option is to heat up the rotor with a torch.
Good luck.

Thanks Brian, that's what I thought, Looks like I'll keep soaking them, as the rear is not in the car, so time is not a factor.

I still have an axle sitting on my shed with a rotor stuck on it. I went to 28 spline axles and never bothered trying to get the rotor off.

when I dismantled my 9 bolt, we got the cutting torch out, set it low, and heat the drum and axle continuously for almost 5 minutes and it still didnt want to come off. finally, we just beat the f*** out of it and slid id off little by little. I already needed the other rotor so why not go for 2?!

Thanks guys, I got them off, I got a peice of pipe between the rotor & axle, pried it& hit the rotor, rotated the axle 90 deg., did it again, and repeated till it came off.

No busted rotors or anything.

I had tried this method at first, but today it worked, maybe it was the 2 cans of penetrating oil I've sprayed on it in the last week?
