I apologize to anyone that has not received an email from me about the availablility of 9 bolt parts. I have tried to add everyone to the list that has sent me an email, but obviously not everyone has received it. If you did not receive the email earlier this week, PLEASE send me another email and I will add you to the list again. Below is a copy of the email(s) I sent out. I know that this is not a for sale board, but I do want everyone to know that 9 bolt parts are now readily available and a viable option to a 9 inch or 12 bolt in some situations.
Miles

Below is a copy of the email I sent out. I can get other ratios too (3.4x, 3.9x, 3.73 & 3.2x). If you want the complete setup (carrier, gears and install kit) it is $795. Just a carrier and gear set is $695, just a carrier is $475 and just a gear set is $325.

You are receiving this email because you requested to be on the mailing list for 9 bolt parts. If you do not want to be on this list, please let me know. Ok, I finally have some good information. It is getting late, so this will be short (sorry, but I do have a day job). I have some 9 bolt parts available. It took a long time, but finally things have worked out. This is what I currently have (these are brand new): 5 - 4.10 gear sets 5 - series 3 carriers There are two different styles of 9 bolts, the 0575 and the 0578. There are interchangable via the use of an ~.085 spacer under the pinion. I am also working on additional performance stuff for the 9 bolt, and will keep you updated. For the people interested in gears for series 2 carriers, there probably will not be any, sorry. There is talk about a spacer, but it is only talk right now. For a carrier, it will be $475 and will include the carrier (new series 3), new rear cover gasket and a new pinion seal. For a 4.10 gear set, it will be $325 and will include the new 4.10 gear set, pinion nut & crush sleeve and the ~.085 pinion shim, new rear cover gasket, and a new pinion seal. For an install kit, it will be $145 and will include carrier bearings and races (Timmken), pinion bearings and races (Timmken), ring gear bolts, gear marking compound, shims, pinion seal and install instructions. I should be able to get more parts before too long, but there is no promise on when or how much they will be then. Four gear sets and 4 carriers will be available to the people in the order that you contacted me (going back to last spring). The other gear set and/or carrier may end up on ebay in coming weeks (I already have new stuff in my car ). Miles
