I am rebuilding my first 700r4 and am using a DVD and book (I know, I know...). So far everything has went smoothly, considering I really don't have a great place to do this. In the video, I am up to the point where it states to remove the thimble filters (governor filters) and clean them.

I know their locations, but am unsure how to remove them? I am suspecting they may have fallen out during my wrestling match with the case, which would explain why I cannot seem to get any good handle on them to pull them out.

I just cannot tell if they are in there, and if they are, how to get them out.
